Because we care so much about our clients’ health and well being, we at Physicians Compounding Pharmacy strive to provide you with the best service possible. We not only work hard to offer you high quality products, but also provide regular educational programs to help educate you on the value of nutritional supplements as well as various health concerns that many people face, young and old. By educating our community, we hope to make life just a little bit better for all.

Unless otherwise indicated, all programs are held at Physicians Compounding Pharmacy and begin at 7:00 pm, lasting approximately an hour.

FALL LECTURE SERIES ~ 2011

October 10, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. -  The Mind -Body Connection: The power of your mind to heal or hurt you!  Presented by Elaine Kissel, PH.D - Hypnotherapist

Mind - body expert Dr. Elaine Kissel,  will present the relationship between your mind and body and between the conscious and subconscious mind. She will demonstrate with biofeedback your mind body connection. Its not only fascinating and enlightening , it is information you can use! She will also help participants understand how the relationship between the conscious and subconscious impacts every aspect of their lives, and determines ones physical, mental and emotional health, their relationship with themselves and all other relationships in their lives. You’ll come away with knowledge and some tips on how to employ your mind to help yourself.

WINTER & SPRING LECTURE SERIES - 2011

FOOD ALLERGIES VS FOOD SENSITIVITIES - Tuesday, May 24, 2011 - 6:30 p.m. - with Dr. Keri Topouzian, DO, FAAAM.  Dr. Topouzian will reveal the difference between food allergies and food sensitivies - why they are so common - what are the not-so familiar symptoms of these - how to determine which one you may have and what you can do once they are determined - testing; along with a question and answer period.  RESERVE BY CALLING THE PHARMACY - 248-758-9100.
