Because your health is of the utmost importance to us, we work hard to make sure you receive your prescription or supplements when you need them.

In fact, most prescriptions can be ready within 24 hours for pick up or delivery.

 

 

Ordering or Transferring your prescriptions is EASY at Physicians Compounding!

  1. Your physician may CALL in your prescription at 248-758-9100
  2. You may CALL us with your information and we can call your current pharmacy to transfer your refillable prescription
  3. You may CALL us with your information and we will call your current physician to obtain the prescription
  4. You or your physician may FAX in your prescription at 248-758-1831
  5. You or your physician may email the prescription to Physicians Compounding.

If faxing or emailing, just download the appropriate Order Form below and fax or e-mail it in to us. You may also use the form your physician has in his/her office.

All prescriptions faxed or emailed to our pharmacy will be verified with your physician’s office prior to delivery/shipping. Original prescriptions must be provided when delivery is made or prescription is picked up. If you have any questions on ordering, please, give us a call.

It’s easy to transfer a prescription to Physicians Compounding from ANY pharmacy within the United States. When you contact us to transfer your prescription, just be sure that you provide your name, date of birth, phone number, the prescription name or number, and the pharmacy name and phone number.

Are you a physician writing a compounded prescription?

In order to obtain a compounded prescription, please provide the following information:

  1. Print on the prescription “Compounded Medication” to make the pharmacist aware that this is a unique dosage.
  2. Make sure to note what form of dosage you prefer the medication to be administered. (Injectable medication, suppository, oral dosage, transdermal gel, etc…).
  3. Include the generic name of the active ingredient(s), strength or dose.
  4. Provide easily understandable directions for the patient, along with the quantity to be prescribed and the number of refills. You may call in the prescriptions into us at 248-758-9100 or fax them into us at 248-758-1831.
  5. Please also include your name and phone number so we can contact you to verify the prescription.

For your convenience you may also use one of the standard order forms listed above.
